Our cake pricing is calculated as: Base Price + Decoration Cost
The base price includes an all-white buttercream finish. Base prices for each cake size can be found under our Enquiry Form.
Decoration costs vary depending on the design and complexity. A final quote will be provided after we receive your completed form and design inspiration.
Does submitting a Enquiry Form reserve my date?
No. Submitting a Form, discussing a design or getting a quote back does not reserve your date.
Deposit is required to secure your date.
Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, it may change at any time before we receive your deposit.
What is the return policy?
Changes No changes to size, flavor or decoration within 72 hours.
Refunds & Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied to your order as a credit in the event that a change of date occurs due to family emergency.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges of custom cakes. Once a cake has been delivered it is considered “accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it’s “accepted”.
Payment
We accept major credit card payment. (2.6% transaction fee, prices shown are tax included)
A non-refundable $50 deposit required to secure the date, and remaining payment is due a week prior to pick up.
Where are you located?
TiFa Cake is currently operating out of a commissary kitchen in Seattle, no walk-in available. All products are pre-order only.
How far in advance should I place my order?
It depends on the time of year. Summer is the busiest season for weddings in the PNW, so weekend dates from June through September usually require at least 3 months’ notice along with a deposit. During non-peak months, smaller custom orders can often be accommodated with about 1 week’s notice.
No matter the season, I recommend reaching out as soon as you know your date. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and dates may become unavailable once they are filled.
What type of Cake do you make?
All our Cakes are made with light and fluffy chiffon cake, filled with Chantilly Cream, and finished with our signature sea salt Buttercream Frosting.
Our cakes contain gluten, dairy and eggs. At this time, we do not offer vegan options.
How much does shipping cost?
We don't do shipping, but we do Delivery!
Pickup location: Renton 98058 Fairwood.
Delivery Fee:
We charge at $2-$3/miles one way depends on date and time.
