Refunds & Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied to your order as a credit in the event that a change of date occurs due to family emergency.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges of custom cakes. Once a cake has been delivered it is considered “accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it’s “accepted”.
Payment
We accept major credit card payment. (2.6% transaction fee, prices shown are tax included)
Orders over $150 requires $50 deposit to secure the date, and remaining payment is due 3 days prior to pick up.
Where are you located?
TiFa Cake is currently sharing a commercial kitchen in Renton Refresh House during their non-business hours, so no walk-in available. All products are pre-order only.
How far in advance should I place my order?
It depends on the time of year. Summer is the busiest season for weddings in the PNW, so weekend dates from June through September usually require at least 3 months’ notice along with a deposit. During non-peak months, smaller custom orders can often be accommodated with about 1 week’s notice.
No matter the season, I recommend reaching out as soon as you know your date. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and dates may become unavailable once they are filled.
What type of Cake do you make?
All our Cakes are made with chiffon cake and buttercream with ingredients sourced from local groceries.
How much does shipping cost?
We don't do shipping, but we do Delivery!
Pickup location: Renton 98058 Fairwood.
Orders under $150 are self-pickup only.
Delivery Fee:
We charge at $2-$3/miles one way depends on day and time.

How much are your Cake?
Pricing depends on design and labor. Extra charges apply for details like multi-color painting, fondant characters/names, shaped cakes, drip designs, or fresh/sugar flowers.
Simple touches—like small gold flakes, pearls, sprinkles, or a 1–2 color abstract design—are included at no extra cost. Standard base prices are listed in the custom cake form.
