Payment, Changes, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment

We accept major credit card payment. (2.6% transaction fee, prices shown are tax included) 

Orders over $150 requires $50 deposit to secure the date, and full payment is required 3 days prior to pick up.  

Changes
No changes to size, flavor or decoration within 72 hours.

Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied to your order as a credit in the event that a change of date occurs due to family emergency.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide full refunds or exchanges of custom cakes. Once a cake has been delivered it is considered “accepted”. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it’s “accepted”.
